Meatball Sub Casserole

This is a great dinner that I found on pinterest, but did make it my own so it could be dairy-free

First, cut a loaf of French Bread into 1inch - 1.5inch pieces

Take your ground beef (chicken, pork, turkey, whatever you prefer)

  • Add 3 dashes of worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1/4 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes

Mix together and make into whatever size meatballs you would like. I did about 2inch sized meatballs.

Grate 4onces of Almond Cheese, Mozzerella Style.

Sprinkle half of your cheese on top of the French Bread

Pour half of a 24once can of Pasta Sauce over the cheese, we used Traditional Style

Put your meatballs overtop of the sauce.

Add the rest of the sauce, covering the meatballs

Sprinkle the rest of your cheese on top

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

  • cut one meatball to make sure it is fully cooked.
  • can keep it in for 10-15 minutes then check it again.
